Getting started is always the hardest part of any fitness program. I offer a complimentary consultation & a free workout so you can see exactly what you are getting into, no surprises - no gimmicks.
The fitness analysis is offered as a tool to roughly gauge your current fitness level. In developing a new program for you this analysis helps to establish a starting point.
As you advance in your training, the fitness analysis is useful for tracking your
progress. It is a complimentary service, offered every 6 weeks, for clients with a training package in progress.
