A number of fitness programs are available to address the needs of different groups or individuals.  Below are a few of the services that I offer in addition to personal training.  If you have a situation that doesn't fit into any of the categories listed below -
I will develop a customized program to meet your particular needs.
Have fun playing games and working on drills which focus on the skills needed for soccer.  Children meet with teammates at the park to improve their soccer skills and develop their sense of teamwork. Competition is minimized, while children are encouraged to focus on individual development.  Perfect as an introduction to the game or as a supplement to regular soccer practice.  Also a great idea to reinforce and maintain soccer skills in the off-season.  Children can be expected to walk away with a heightened level of self-esteem along with improved athletic abilities.
Youth Soccer Program -
Minimum group size: 6 children.
Orientation Program

If you have access to a fitness center in your community but don't know how to use the equipment, I will meet with you for a two hour orientation and demonstrate how to use each piece of equipment.  You will learn which muscle groups are being worked as you are guided in safely operating the equipment to be as effective as possible.  There will be demonstration and practice on each piece of equipment and you will leave with a comprehensive program that you can carry out on your own. 
If you would like to work out at home, on your own - but you don't know where to begin.
I will work within your predetermined budget to purchase all the equipment needed for an effective home fitness program.  I will then provide an in-home demonstration on how to use the equipment, and how to perform each exercise so that you can achieve the results that you desire. 

After the initial visit you may choose to follow up on a monthly basis with either a consultation or a training session.  In any case, we will discuss how your exercise program is developing and I will modify your program based on your progress.  If you choose to train with me once a month I will demonstrate new exercises based on your increased fitness level.  If you opt for the monthly consultation, this will obviously be more difficult, however I will email you with some new exercises that you can try out on your own.

I will walk you through all phases of construction from beginning to end.  From the allocation of space to the design and equipment.  I'll work within your budget to bring you a home gym that you'll want to use every day.
